Once your package is in USPS hands, delays or mishandling are unfortunately beyond our control. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
• First, check with neighbors or your local post office.
• Then contact us at speaktea2me@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Not at this time, but we're brewing up some custom tea options and subscription boxes in the future. However, if you or a loved one you're gifting to has an allergy to an ingredient, there will be a mini notes section when placing your order to inform me of such. Until then, join The Steeping Circle to be first to know when custom blending is available!
All of my herbs and fruits are organically sourced. I receive my herbs from a reputable source that prides and patents themselves on the integrity of their products. As for my fruits, they are all fresh and organically sourced from various locations. I also clean and dehydrate them all myself with the utmost care to ensure every step of the blending process is safe and accounted for. There is not a single tea I've created that I haven't tried myself. Although I am not a medical provider, I carefully select ingredients that support comfort and wellness.
While we are not medical professionals, SpeakTEAzy uses ethically sourced, organic or wildcrafted herbs wherever possible. Most blends are caffeine-free and designed for gentle, everyday enjoyment. Please consult your provider if you have health concerns, especially during pregnancy or while on medication.
