🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are lovingly processed within 5–10 business days after purchase.

  • During high-volume seasons (new collections, holidays, special events), please allow a little extra time as we steep, pack, and ship with care.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your package is on its way.

📌 Preorders will ship once production is complete and your blends are ready for sipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our tea and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns.
However, if there’s an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right. ✨
