Preorder Notice:
All orders placed after January 6th, 2026 may experience a delay in processing and shipping. SpeakTEAzy’s founder will be in surgery recovery during January, so please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for fulfillment of any orders placed during this time. Orders are lovingly processed within 5–10 business days after purchase.

During high-volume seasons (new collections, holidays, special events), please allow a little extra time as we steep, pack, and ship with care.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your package is on its way.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our tea and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns.
However, if there’s an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right. ✨
