This cozy corner of the internet is more than a tea shop. It’s a sanctuary. A soft place to land. A quiet rebellion against the rush.

Tea has healed me in so many ways over the years, and I created SpeakTEAzy™ during a season where I needed healing, softness, and ritual... many seasons of it. From trying to find my voice and footing as a young girl, to experiencing homelessness, to love and loss—and every heart-felt emotion and life lesson in between—SpeakTEAzy™ became a living, breathing product of my very being.

My emotional essence was steeped and extracted to birth something dynamic, deep, and sacred. And so far, I’ve handcrafted over 200 blends—each one carrying a piece of that journey. From the Comfort Corner blends that soothe emotional tides, to the Zodiac teas aligned with your sun signs and spiritual pulls, every blend was created with deep intention and loving legacy.

This blog will be our shared tea table—where I spill tea (the literal kind, and maybe sometimes the metaphorical), offer cozy recipes, walk you through ritual practices, and spotlight the stories behind your favorite blends. You’ll also find lunar sips, seasonal favorites, tea lattes, and healing reflections for every cycle, emotion, and moment.

🌿 Here’s a little grounding ritual to steep with this first post:

1. Brew a warm cup of MediZen Brew (or whichever blend speaks to you most deeply)

2. Take three deep breaths—longer on the exhale

3. Whisper something you’re releasing... and something you’re calling in

4. Sip slow. Feel seen.
